Polvo de estrellas es un happening en el que el público enciende una bengala en representación de una víctima de feminicidio, y observa cómo se extingue lentamente. Después se coloca en una fila de varas apagadas simbolizando los cuerpos de las mujeres desaparecidas. Con esta acción se busca generar empatía y solidaridad colectiva de mujeres y hombres para combatir esta problemática social y erradicar la violencia contra la mujer.
INSTRUCCIONES
- Mantener la espalda recta.
- Inhala profundamente.
- Exhala.
- Enciende una varita de bengala. - Inhala.
- Exhala.
- Fija tu vista en la luz mientras se consume.

El acercamiento característico de Alina Sánchez apela además a la melancolía y la esperanza como fuerzas hermanas, a la memoria-destello de la esencia individual de cada víctima. Esta pieza es también un eco de visibilización por los afectos comunes y los lazos del tejido social.

Stardust is a happening in which the audience lights a flare wand representing one victim of femicide, and stares as it slowly burns down. Then it is added to a pile of burned wands which symbolize the total of missing female bodies. This action seeks to generate collective empathy and solidarity towards dealing with such social problematic, aiming to eradicate violence against women.

- Keep your back straight.
- Inhale deeply.
- Exhale.
- Turn a flare wand on.
- Exhale.
- Stare directly into the light while it burns down.
